Israeli police announced officially on Tuesday, to open an investigation on the issue of suspicions buying votes in internal primaries, conducted by the Labour Party before the Knesset elections.
Radio «Voice of Israel», that Chief of Investigations and Intelligence in the police, Maj. Gen. Yoav Sijalovic, had received yesterday, Monday, material relating to this issue, and that the former ministers Saleh Tarif, and Ghaleb Majadele, the Attorney Ariel Mrjalat, from the Labour Party, had them rib assumed in the vote-buying case.
The chairwoman of the Labor Party, Chile Yachimovich, MP Amir Peretz, is suspected of involvement in the personal issue mentioned, note that finished third in the party's internal elections before his withdrawal from the party, and joining the Movement Party.
