Russia sees and the League of Arab States, the promise of hope that starts aside the conflict in Syria talks to end the crisis two years ago.
He said Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov and Secretary-General of the Arab League, Nabil Elaraby, who is on a visit to Russia: "They are optimistic because the government and the opposition in Syria have shown their readiness for dialogue."
